Forklift Operators

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for ongoing positions with one of our valued clients based in Richlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering stable Monday to Friday work, competitive pay rates, and the potential for long-term employment.

Hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas

• Receiving and dispatching stock

• Picking and staging orders for dispatch

• RF scanning and inventory transactions

• Manual handling and general warehouse duties

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Working closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Experience loading and unloading trucks

• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety

• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Availability for ongoing Monday to Friday work
