Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for ongoing positions with one of our valued clients based in Richlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering stable Monday to Friday work, competitive pay rates, and the potential for long-term employment.
Hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas
Receiving and dispatching stock
Picking and staging orders for dispatch
RF scanning and inventory transactions
Manual handling and general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Working closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets
To be successful, you will have:
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Availability for ongoing Monday to Friday work
Ongoing casual role with the potential for permanent employment
Monday to Friday roster
